The Role

As the Office Administrator you’ll support the day-to-day running of the office in Hinckley, working closely with the Senior Office Administrator to keep operations moving smoothly. It’s a varied position with plenty of responsibility, ideal for someone who loves staying organised and taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities

– Day-to-day office administration and support.
– Managing diaries, creating correspondence, and preparing quotes.
– Coordinating travel bookings — flights, ferries, taxis, and visas.
– Processing sales orders and managing stock via Sage 1000.
– Liaising with transport partners and handling import/export paperwork.
– Managing purchase orders, stationery, PPE, and card transactions.
– Handling customer enquiries with professionalism.
– Providing full cover during Senior Office Administrator absences.

The Package

– Up to £27,000 per year
– 28 days holiday
– Hours: Mon–Thu 9–5, Fri 9–4:30
– Full-time, permanent role

– Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.

Desirable

– Sage experience (ideally Sage 1000).
– Background in engineering, technical, or logistics environments.
