Sales Consultant – Virtual Appointments
Location: Mansfield (Office-Based)
Salary: £40,000–£50,000
Hours: Mix of 9am–5pm / 11am–7pm + Saturday mornings (with half day back)

We are recruiting an experienced Sales Consultant to join a growing team in Mansfield. This is a full-time, permanent role working with pre-booked inbound appointments — no cold calling or lead generation required.

The role involves running virtual sales appointments via video call, using software to guide customers through a live design process, identifying needs, creating tailored solutions, and following a structured sales process to close.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct pre-booked virtual sales appointments (Zoom/Teams).
– Use CRM and design software to build customer proposals.
– Ask effective questions to understand customer requirements.
– Present solutions clearly and confidently.
– Follow a proven direct sales process to maximise conversion rates.
– Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
– Maintain accurate records and manage a sales pipeline.

– Strong objection-handling skills.
– Good IT skills (CRM systems, video platforms, design tools).
– Target-driven, resilient, motivated to earn commission.
