What You’ll Be Doing

As the Office Administrator you’ll work closely with the Senior Office Administrator, taking responsibility for ensuring the office in Hinckley runs like clockwork. From office administrator support to travel coordination, customer communication and stock control — no two days will look the same.

Key Duties

– Providing general office administration and support.
– Managing diaries, preparing letters and quotes.
– Organising travel: flights, ferries, taxis, visas.
– Processing sales orders and maintaining stock using Sage 1000.
– Coordinating with transport companies and handling import/export tasks.
– Managing stationery, PPE, purchase orders, and credit card transactions.
– Handling customer enquiries and delivering excellent service.
– Stepping in for the Senior Office Administrator when needed.

What You’ll Get

Experience & Qualifications

What You’ll Need

– Solid office administration background.
– Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
– Ability to prioritise, stay organised and work independently.
– A methodical, punctual and proactive approach.

Nice to Have

– Familiarity with Sage systems (especially Sage 1000).
– Experience within engineering, technical, or logistics industries.
