Are you looking for outdoor work with early morning starts?
Join our team of refuse loaders by supporting our clients in the Leicestershire area throughout the week. You will go out with your crew on planned routes to collect general waste, recycling and garden waste bins. This is a physically demanding role so you must have a good level of fitness. Working in the public eye, you will be polite and professional at all times when working. You must be a hard-working, reliable team player.
Hourly Rate: You will be paid from £12.21 per hour. This will increase to £12.85 per hour after 12 consecutive weeks with the client.
Holiday is accrued from your first shift, up to 28 days per year pro rata.
We do not offer Visa Sponsorships.
Working Hours: Shifts available throughout the week – Monday to Friday with start times from 06:30am. You will usually finish around 2pm.

Experience & Qualifications
Previous outdoor working experience would be an advantage. You will be happy working outdoors in any weather condition and be comfortable doing a physical job in safety boots.
