The Role
You’ll support the smooth running of the office, working closely with the Senior Office Administrator. This is a varied role where no two days are the same — ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work and keeping things running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
– Providing day-to-day administrative support to the office team.
– Managing diaries, drafting correspondence, and preparing quotes.
– Handling travel arrangements — booking flights, ferries, taxis, and applying for visas.
– Processing sales orders and maintaining stock control through Sage 1000.
– Liaising with transport companies and coordinating import/export documentation.
– Managing purchase orders, stationery, PPE, and credit card transactions.
– Handling customer enquiries and ensuring excellent service.
– Covering the Senior Administrator during absences to maintain smooth operations.

Experience & Qualifications

Essential skills
– Strong administrative experience within an office environment.
– Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
– Confident managing multiple priorities and working independently.
– A professional, punctual, and methodical approach.

Desirable
– Experience using Sage (ideally Sage 1000).
– Previous experience in a technical, engineering, or logistics setting.
