We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our returns team. Your main task will be assessing returned clothing items, checking for any signs of wear or damage and deciding if they’re fit to be resold. You’ll document your findings accurately and ensure items approved for resale are professionally steamed, folded, and repackaged. This role may also involve responding to customer return queries, supporting a smooth and efficient returns process.
To be considered for this role candidates must hold the following:
• Full UK Driving Licence & Own Transport: Due to the client’s location, reliable personal transport is essential.
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or factory environment is required.
• Experience in quality checking or scanning is a strong advantage.
