The candidate will oversee the processing and tracking of wholesale orders, create invoices and shipping documents, and maintain accurate documentation. They will collaborate with the sales team to update clients on product availability and delivery timelines, while also assisting in general wholesale operations, particularly during high-volume sales periods and events.
Applicants should have prior experience in an administrative or wholesale role, preferably in the fashion or retail sectors. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are essential, along with excellent communication skills and fluency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with inventory or order management software is highly preferred. The right candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and capable of juggling multiple tasks effectively.
