  • Ideally educated to A Level standard
  • Possession of a valid driving licence and access to transportation

Based in our Nottingham office your duties as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

  • Building, cultivating, and sustaining relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Acquiring new business through different Business Development strategies, including cold calling
  • Developing social media networks to connect with prospective clients
  • Conducting face to face meetings to acquire new business contracts

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:

  • Cultivating robust relationships with every client to fully leverage our market share
  • Delivering unparalleled customer service standards
  • Engaging consistently with customers – devising staffing strategies, advising on the current labour market and resolving operational issues

RECRUITMENT:

  • Engaging in active candidate sourcing through diverse methods
  • Ensuring application management aligns with legal standards
  • Developing and nurturing robust relationships with candidates, delivering a favourable experience during the recruitment journey
  • Identifying and maximising work opportunities for applicants
  • Utilise social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates
  • Leveraging social media to advertise vacancies and interact with prospective candidates

You will be based in the office Monday to Friday, but you will also be required to take part in our out of hours on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in that market as a leader in customer service.
