Trainee Recruitment Consultant

General Information 



Nottingham, Nottinghamshire





Hourly Rate:

£20,000 per annum during the probation period rising to £22,500 following a sucessful probationary period

Working hours:

Monday - Friday working 9 hours a day between 08:00 & 18:00 daily, during the probation period you will be required to undertaake on call duties this will involve taking inbound enquiries out of Normal office hours on a rota basis

We are a very successful independent employment business who have been servicing clients in and around the Nottinghamshire area for the past 26 years.

As a forward thinking company we are constantly striving to improve and expand our existing operation.

As such we are recruiting a Trainee Recruitment to join our busy team.

Working in a fast paced environment the role will involve providing staffing solutions of semi skilled operatives to both new and current clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking a career within the recruitment industry as a full training and support program will allow you to develop the skills necessary to;

Create a portfolio of clients via telephone and face to face contact
Build and manage business relationships
Source and manage suitable applicants
Provided outstanding customer service

Experience & Qualifications

In order to be successful within the recruitment field it is imperative that; You are driven to succeed You have a genuine interest in developing your career You are a team player who works well with others and understands strong team ethics You have an outgoing personality Experience & Education Are you educated to degree level (or as a minimum “A” level with a strong customer service background) Do you have a background in a sales environment? Do you have a proven track record within customer service? Do you hold a full UK driving licence?
