Working hours:

Working on a 5 Day/6 Day Pattern Starting on a Monday at 06:00 working an average of 50 hours per week Saturdays hours are paid as overtime

Job Description

We have a great opportunity to join our client as an HGV Driver based at our Colsterworth site in Lincolnshire, starting immediately.

In this role you will drive a modern, DVSA earned recognised fleet of trucks, collecting and delivering grain as requested by the Fleet Planners. As you will be the face of the company, it is important that you adopt a customer-focused approach whilst meeting our growers and consumers, working in a professional, courteous and timely manner.

As well as driving a high tech and well-equipped lorry, you will be using a state-of-the-art mobile app, which allows effective communication of arrival times with farmers whilst ensuring a streamlined service between ourselves and our British food and drink industry customers.

Experience & Qualifications

Class 1 (C+E) HGV Licence Driver CPC trained Conversant with smart phone apps Willingness to be away from home for up to 4/5 nights per week, as required. Drivers who can provide a courteous and high standard of service for our customers Great communicators who understand the importance of working to clear instruction Drivers who have a flexible approach and positive attitude that makes them a great part of the team
