This is a full-time position within the Returns Team; your duties will include.
• Checking for damage and any signs of wear and tear
• Evaluating resale items
• Document findings accurately
• Steaming, folding and repackaging clothing
This role may also involve responding to customer return queries, supporting a smooth and efficient returns process.
To be considered for this role you must hold the following:
• Full UK Driving Licence & Own Transport: Due to the client’s location, reliable personal transport is essential.
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or factory environment is required.
• Experience in quality checking or scanning is a strong advantage.
