Job Description
We are looking for HGV Class 2 drivers, with a Minimal Handballing!
Are you a Reliable and Experienced Class 2 HGV driver, able to provide relief over busy periods in the Alfreton area?
Minimal loading and unloading will be required by yourself as this is all handled by a specialist crew. You would be delivering a variety of loads across the country usually in curtain sided vehicles.
Nights are possible with this role but not a requirement.
Duration: This is an ongoing Temporary to Permanent Role
Hourly Rate: Your rates of pay for the following role would be:
- £14.00 – Days
- £15.00 – Nights
- £21.00 – Saturdays
- £28.00 – Sundays and Bank Holidays
Additional £23.00 pay for Nights Out!

Working Hours: Shifts will start around 05:00 across 7 days, you should expect around 2 to 3 shifts a week.
You will generally be starting around 05:00 for shifts between across 7 days per week. You can expect 2 to 3 shifts per week (More available if required)

Experience & Qualifications
To be successful you need to have:
– A Valid Class 2 HGV Licence
– A Valid UK CPC
– A Valid Digital Tacho- Card
– At least 6 months commercial driving experience
