Factory Operative

We are looking for experienced factory workers to help within a busy environment. You will be working and preparing fresh vegetables for deliveries.

You will also be required to:
– Using knives to prepare vegetables
– Separate florets of broccoli/cauliflower, slicing sweet potatoes into wedges, removing the cores from peppers etc.
– Checking, washing and preparing delicate vegetables
– Processing by hand prepared root crop vegetables into bags up to 10kg in weight.
– Inspect and sort peeled root crop vegetables to meet customer requirements.
– Packing orders to meet customer requirements
– Pallet banding/wrapping.

Working days are 7 days a week so weekend availability and flexibility is a must.
