We are excited to be recruiting for our client who are looking for an administrator to join their team. Our client are a Niche Engineering company who provide specialist installation services worldwide.
Working within the team, your main role is to provide administrative support within the office assisting the senior office administrator on a daily basis. Daily tasks to include but not restricted to are; filling and data entry, typing, proofing and drafting letters, booking all travel arrangements, sales order processing and stock control using SAGE 1000. Other duties include drafting and sending mail shots, ordering PPE, maintaining stationary levels, dealing with enquiries and making refreshments.
You must be an experienced administrator with proven experience. You will be reliable, professional, punctual and organised. You must also be good at prioritising workloads, juggling jobs and be an excellent tea, player. You will be comfortable with using all Microsoft packages to include word, Excel and outlook. Shorthand would be an advantage.
