Our established client is looking for a hard-working administrator to join their team, provisionally as maternity cover.
Your daily tasks will include (but not be limited to) –
• Receive calls from customers and support with queries
• Assist with customer email enquiries
• Complete general admin duties whilst being diligent and compliant
• Complete notes/meeting minutes effectively
• Offer full support to customers and offer suitable resolutions
• General admin/data input.
Applicants for this role will need to have:
• Experience working in an office/admin environment
• Minimum GCSE qualified, with Maths and English passed (or equivalent)
• Good keyboard ability and experienced with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
