Job Description

OFFICE ADMIN – IMMEDIATE START – MATERNITY COVER.

Our established client is looking for a hard-working administrator to join their team, provisionally as maternity cover.

Your daily tasks will include (but not be limited to) –

• Receive calls from customers and support with queries
• Assist with customer email enquiries
• Complete general admin duties whilst being diligent and compliant
• Complete notes/meeting minutes effectively
• Offer full support to customers and offer suitable resolutions
• General admin/data input.

Duration: This role is provisionally maternity cover, so the successful applicant can expect consecutive work for at least a year.
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: In this position, you will earn a salary of £24,000 p/a. This equates to £11.54 per hour.
Working Hours: Days of work in this role are Monday to Friday, hours are 08:30-17:00.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience working in an office/admin environment
• Minimum GCSE qualified, with Maths and English passed (or equivalent)
• Good keyboard ability and experienced with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
