Are you an experienced office administrator looking for a new full time and permanent position?
Our client in Hinckley are a leader in the engineering industry and are looking for someone new to join their friendly team.
Your main role will be to support the senior office administrator on a daily basis. Your job role will be varied and include taks such as:
• Data Entry
• Managing a diary
• Answering calls
• Processing credit card transactions
• Filling documents
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Purchase orders
• Sending out mail shots/literature
• Ordering PPE
• Liaising with transport companies
• Making refreshments
• Maintaining office equipment
• All aspects of sales order processing and stock control using SAGE 1000
We are looking for someone who is polite, professional and can adapt as part of a team.
Previous office administrator experience is required for this role. You will be familiar with all office packages such as Word, Excell and Outlook. You musthave good touch typing skills (shorthand would be an advantage) and a high level of English spelling, grammar and numeracy.
