Core Responsibilities:
Data entry.
Logging of postal despatches for billing purposes.
Liaise with various clients regarding stock levels and data issues with daily order requests.
Booking pallet dispatches via a third-party web portal.
Prepare invoicing based on clients’ rates and data.
Other general roles are needed by the manager.
Experience/Requirements:
A flexible attitude to handling a role with varying duties and to leading staff by example.
Willingness to undertake additional training as required.
An enthusiasm to learn new processes and to cope flexibly with quickly changing situations is important.
A keen eye for detail and an interest in data.
Good IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office. Full training will be given in all other systems required.
Friendly and professional manner in dealing with customers.
Ability to co-operate successfully with fellow staff at all levels.
Experience within the industry (desired but not essential)
