Job Description

Keep your weekends free, as we have weekly Monday to Friday role available!

We are looking for an office admin to assist our client with the day to day running of their office.

Day to day tasks will consist of:
– Demonstrate effective communication to service users and prescribers
– Process written service requisitions/referrals from professionals
– Ensure filing is maintained and kept up to date as directed by the Team Leader
– Comply with departmental processes and procedures (using the ELMS system for sales order processing, service user account creation, client searches etc)
– Process and communicate incomplete sales orders
– Stock query investigation

Experience & Qualifications

At least 6 months experience in an admin background.
