An opportunity has opened up to work with our client within the admin sector.

Your days will consist of:
Processing and communication of the out of stock process
– Demonstrate effective communication to service users and prescribers
– Process written service requisitions/referrals from professionals
– Ensure filing is maintained and kept up to date as directed by the Team Leader
– Comply with departmental processes and procedures (using the ELMS system for sales order processing, service user account creation, client searches etc)
– Process and communicate incomplete sales orders
– Stock query investigation
