Job Description

Are you looking for regular ongoing work as an experienced administrator?

Were recruiting an experienced administrator who is ready to contribute towards the efficient running of the Contract Administration department.

Within this role you will be:
– Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
– Processing incomplete sales orders and stock query investigations
– Making sure that the delivery, collection and maintenance confirmation/posting routines are completed when needed
– Communicating with service users and prescribers whilst complying with departmental processes and procedures (using the ELMS system for sales order processing, service user account creation, client searches etc)
– Dealing with customer complaints and telephone queries whilst ensuring that filing is maintained and kept up to date as directed by the Team leader.

Hourly Rate: You’ll be paid £12 per hour, please apply with your CV attached. Please note that we do not offer Visa Sponsorship.
Working Hours: Usually working Monday to Friday but with alternate Saturday shifts with a weekday off. You’ll be working on a rolling alternate week basis with the shifts bring 8-4pm and 10-6pm.

To be considered you must have had experience working in a customer service environment.

You must be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication, data entry and keyboard skills.
