Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to work alongside a well established company in Bilborough.

Your role will include but is not limited to:

Demonstrating effective communication to service users and prescribers,
complying with departmental processes and procedures (using the ELMS system for sales order processing, service user account creation, client searches etc), processing incomplete sales orders, stock query investigations. Making sure that the delivery, collection and maintenance confirmation/posting routines are completed when needed. You’ll also be dealing with customer complaints and telephone queries whilst ensuring that filing is maintained and kept up to date as directed by the Team Leader.

Hourly Rate: The rate of pay is £12.00 hourly, please apply with your CV attached. Please note that we do not offer Visa Sponsorship
Working Hours: With the weekends off you’ll be working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) working either 8-4 or 10-6 on a rolling alternate week basis, which will also include alternate Saturdays with a day off during the week. So please ensure that you’re happy doing so.

Experience & Qualifications

The right applicant will have the below:

– previous administrative experience or experience working in a customer service environment
– Excellent communication skills both on the telephone and face-to-face
– Keyboard skills and data entry
– Experience working in a busy office environment
– Experience dealing with the general public on a daily basis
– Excellent administration skills.
