The roles that you will cover will be:
– Comply with departmental processes and procedures (using the ELMS system for sales order processing, service user account creation, client searches etc)
– Process and communicate incomplete sales orders
– Stock query investigation
– Processing and communication of the out of stock process
– Demonstrate effective communication to service users and prescribers
– Process written service requisitions/referrals from professionals
– Ensure filing is maintained and kept up to date as directed by the Team Leader
– Make sure that the delivery, collection and maintenance confirmation/posting routines are completed when needed
– Deal with costumer complaints
– Ensure that telephone queries

Hourly Rate: The rate of pay is £12.00 per hour.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday completing 37.5 hours which is covered working either 8-4 or 10-6, on a rolling alternate week basis, and it will also include alternate Saturdays with a day off during the week. So please make sure you are happy doing so.
