Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent office administrator role in Hinckley, Leicestershire. The job mostly involves providing administrative support to the office, in addition to assisting the senior administrator with day-to-day tasks.

You can expect to complete duties such as:
• Filling and data entry
• Typing and proofing letters/quotes
• Sort UK and international travel out for staff
• Process credit card transactions
• Deal with customer enquiries
• Mail shots
• All aspects if sales order processing and stock control using Sage 100

This is only a glimpse of what you will be doing. The job will involve numerous other tasks and will vary daily. We seek an experienced administrator who can operate independently and think creatively to accomplish the task. Punctuality, professionalism, and organization are essential traits.

Hourly Rate: You will be paid an annual salary of £25,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
Working Hours: You will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.

Experience & Qualifications

Applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in administration and should have a good command of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of shorthand typing would be an added advantage. Additionally, it’s mandatory to have a polite telephone manner.
