Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our client on a full time, permanent basis as an office administrator in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
Mainly providing administrative support to the office, you will also assist the senior administrator with the day to day running of the office. You can expect to complete duties such as:
• Filling and data entry
• Typing and proofing letters/quotes
• Sort UK and international travel out for staff
• Process credit card transactions
• Deal with customer enquiries
• Mail shots
• All aspects if sales order processing and stock control using Sage 100
This is just a snapshot of what you will be doing, the job will include lots more and be varied daily.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in all areas of administration, who can work using their own initiative and really think outside the box to get the job done. You must be punctual, professional and organised.

Hourly Rate: You will be paid an annual salary of £25,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.

Experience & Qualifications

Applicants are required to have at least 2 years of administration experience and have excellent computer knowledge of Microsoft office – Word, Excel and Outlook. Shorthand typing skills would be an advantage. You must have an excellent, polite telephone manner.
