Class 1 drivers needed! Immediate start available working Monday to Friday based out of Ilkeston. We are looking for an experienced tipper driver to drive round the midlands supporting our clients and their tipping needs. This is a hands-on role where you will be performing vehicle checks, talking to customers, and driving around the midlands. You will be joining a friendly team and working along other drivers, so communication and organisation skills are very desirable. You will be implementing company procedures and following company guidelines to provide the best service possible as you drive to your destination.

Hourly Rate: The rate of pay is £18.15 per hour paid via our Umbrella provider. or You can choose to get paid through PAYE, meaning the pay is £15.00 per hour and in addition to this, we offer full pay for 28 days of annual leave, which will make the hourly rate £16.81 per hour including your holiday accrual.

Working Hours: This role is Monday to Friday working with a start time of 6 am and finishing in the afternoon. There will also be the occasion Saturday paying at over time rate.

Experience & Qualifications

Successful candidates for this position will need the following:
• A full HGV Class 1 UK driving licence with a C+E entitlement.
• A minimum of 2 years’ driving
• A valid CPC and Digi-Card
• Minimum of 6 weeks experience in tipping
• Be over 25
• Have a valid CPC and Digi Tacho
• Have no DDs, DRs, or TTs on your licence, due to their insurance.
