Derbyshire Dales refuse work available with immediate starts!

We have current vacancies for a Class 2 Driver, to join the refuse operation in Matlock. You will be working Monday to Friday as a class 2 HGV Refuse Driver, working in a team of 2 to 3 people, driving refuse trucks through Derbyshire routes, and making domestic waste collections.

Duration: Ongoing positions are available, with temp to perm roles on offer.

Hourly Rate: The salary for this role is £13.41 per hour for the first 8 hours of your shift, and time and a half for hours worked after this. This rate is PAYE so you can also expect 28 days holiday pro rata. Alternatively basic rates can be £16.22 via an umbrella.

Working Hours: Your day will start at 06:00 and you should be all done about 15:00 This is a Monday-to-Friday role, with no weekends involved.

Experience & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, drivers must have:
A full U.K. Driving License with HGV Class 2 Entitlement.
A valid CPC Card.
A valid Digi Tacho Card.
6 Months commercial driving experience
Refuse experience is desired, but not essential
