We have an exciting opportunity to join our team, working as an admin assistant for our client who are a leader in the vehicle movement industry. You job role will be working for one of the selling platforms that the company work with. You will be taking general enquiries from customers regards the sale of cars, processing orders, scheduling in appointments, collections, making follow up calls & general admin work.
About the candidate:
• You will have proven experience of administrative duties
• It would be desirable if you had some knowledge of the motor industry
• Be willing to partake in training where required
• Have an excellent telephone manner
• Take pride in providing fantastic customer service
• Be familiar with Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel
• You will be a self-motivated individual who can think outside the box
• Be an excellent team player
