As a Press Brake Operator, you will work with a wide range of metal sheets, utilizing the company’s presses.
• Operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal sheets according to technical specifications.
• Set up and adjust press brake machines for different jobs, ensuring precision and accuracy in bending angles and dimensions.
• Work with various materials, primarily mild steel, and occasionally aluminium and stainless steel.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to execute bending projects with precision.
• Monitor and inspect the quality of finished products to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Follow all company health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean workspace.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and maintain product quality.
Applicants are required to have:
• Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator
• Proficiency in working with various materials, including mild steel, aluminium, and stainless steel.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
