Responsibilities:
As a Chef for our client you will be covering three locations in Rainworth, Bingham, and Worksop, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers. Your creativity, skill, and passion for food will contribute to our commitment to providing the highest quality dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes to high standards, ensuring taste, presentation, and nutritional value
Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and execute menus that align with our culinary vision
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
Monitor inventory and assist in sourcing high-quality, fresh ingredients
Adapt to dietary preferences and restrictions, ensuring all customer needs are met
Consistently deliver dishes within the scheduled hours, balancing speed and quality
Collaborate with servers and staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of meals
Bring new ideas to the table for menu innovation and improvement
Maintain accurate records of recipes, techniques, and ingredients
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
Uphold a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a harmonious kitchen environment
• Valid Category 7.5-tonne driving licence.
• Proven experience in multidrop deliveries as an HGV driver.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Excellent driving skills, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Ability to handle varying delivery loads and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow delivery instructions accurately.
• Physically fit and capable of loading/unloading goods.
• Reliable and punctual, demonstrating excellent time management.
• Availability to work the specified hours, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
