Are you a Class 1 driver looking for ongoing work?
We are looking for drivers to deliver to stores around the UK. You will be allocated a route around the UK, where you will be delivering food produce to, between 1 and 3 loads to RDC or store addresses. As the loads will be generally farmed vegetable drivers will have to mindful of temperatures of the trucks. Most drops will not include any handball, but you may, on occasion be asked to assist clients with unloading.
The applicant must:
Ideally have experience in in tipping
Have held an HGV Class 1 (HGV Cat C+E) driving licence for a minimum of 6 months with a maximum of 6 penalty points, have a valid tachograph card.
New passes will be considered but must have class 2 experience.
Have a full and up to date driver CPC.
Be reliable, responsible, and compliant in all duties.
Be a team player, ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Have good customer service skills essential when making deliveries.
