We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter to form part of our clients Customer Services Team., the role is responsible for dealing directly with suppliers, customers, site administration and weighbridge.
The incumbent will be responsible for performing the day-to-day administration and support activities, ensuring that all orders are accounted for accurately and that these are conveyed to our partners in a timely manner. Maintaining customer and stakeholders’ requirements and manage these to the highest standards possible. The candidate will deal with customers, suppliers and third parties and make suggestions for continuous improvement across Customer Services processes.
The role will require close collaboration with the Operations, planning, Refractory Managers & scheduling team, as well as internal sales team members and is heavily focussed on export goods and documentation.
IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Platforms
Demonstrable organisation, time management and customer service experience.
Knowledge and understanding of weighbridge loading systems and road haulage information preferred but full training will be provided.
Previous Export documentation preparation & booking experience.
