Job Description

Work as a Class 2 Driver in the Sheffield area, delivering goods around surrounding areas.

You will have the responsibility of safely delivering goods to different locations. This role can entail multi-drop deliveries as well as straight shunting routes, dependant on the delivery load and location.

Vehicle checks must be done at the beginning of your shift and looking out for the public’s safety as well as your own is crucial.

Duration: This position is ongoing. There is a possibility of gaining a fulltime contract if well-suited to the role.

Hourly Rate: This position is £13 per hour.

Working Hours: This role is currently adhoc, however as the busier time is commencing, fulltime hours of 40 hours a week will be made available.

Experience & Qualifications

To be successful, you must:
-Hold a valid Class 2 Drivers Licence.
-Have a Digi Tachograph Card.
-Hold a valid CPC Card.
-Have no more than 6 points on your driver’s license.
-Have at least 6 months Class 2 Driving experience.
-Know how to drive safely, ensuring no damage to the vehicles or to the goods being transported.
