The Recruitment Consultant Job

RECRUITMENT

You will be responsible for proactively sourcing new candidates using a variety of different methods. You will manage their applications, ensure that they comply with legislative guidelines, and identify placement opportunities with clients based in your geographical area.

CLIENTS

The job of a Recruitment Consultant relies heavily on creating, developing and maintaining relationships with numerous clients, therefore you must have a genuine passion for engaging with companies and securing their business.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

You will communicate with your customers daily, creating staffing solutions, advising on market trends, troubleshooting and discussing future requirements.

Hourly Rate: This annual salary for this role is between £22,500 and £25,000 depending on experience
Working Hours: You will be based in the office Monday to Friday but you will also be required to take part in the on call rota, a service which strengthens our position in the market as a leader in customer service.
