Remuneration:	£21:500 to £24:000 per annum dependant on experience plus benefits.
Duration:	Permanent - Immediate Start
Hours:	5 days from 7 Between 10:00 - 22:00 40 hours per week
Closing date:	16th Sep 2010 (7 days)

Job Description
You will be responsable for all aspects of the management of the kitchen including, ordering, staffing, quality, hygiene, and the general upkeep of the kitchen, you may be required to travel to other sites within Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire as required.

Experience & Qualifications
Applicants must have a proven track record in Kitchen Management, working ideally for branded operations. preferably with a NVQ level 2 or equiverlent in profesional catering.
